Runway Training are working with Croydon Council as part of their Trailblazer provision to support local economically inactive residents.

This includes:
- One to one coaching and support
- CV and interview skills
- Job search and applications
- Understanding the hidden job market and personal brand
- How to network
- Access a range of well-being health support partners
- A tailored action plan to help you achieve your goals and progress
Eligibility:
- 18+
- Croydon resident
- Economically inactive (not in any paid employment and haven't been looking for work within the last two weeks)
- Not in full-time education
