Customer Service Courses for the Hospitality Sector

 

Wandsworth Council Lifelong Learning in partnership with Croydon Works is fully committed to supporting the hospitality sector and has successfully attracted funding to provide short, but powerful, accredited courses for your employees and those who aspire to start a hospitality career which are free, subject to criteria.

 

This Accredited Level 1 & 2 qualification in Customer Service for Hospitality is an online course for greater convenience. This is a perfect opportunity for existing staff members to upskill or for those seeking employment and considering different career pathways, to gain an insight into the hospitality sector.

  • Customer expectations
  • Communication ( good and bad)
  • Questioning, listening & body Language
  • Consumer rights act 2105
  • Turning complaints to opportunities
  • Internal and external customers
  • Creating the wow factor

 

The qualifications on offer are:

 

 

Customer Service for Hospitality August 30/08/23 – 20/09/23 Every Wednesday during this period the online class will be delivered from 13:00 - 15:00

Customer Service for Hospitality September 26/09/23 - 17/10/23 Every Tuesday during this period the online class will be delivered from 10:00 - 12:00

Customer Service for Hospitality November 08/11/23 - 29/11/23 Every Wednesday during this period the online class will be delivered from 10:00 - 12:00

Food Safety August 16/08/23 09:30 - 12:30

Food Safety August 29/08/23 09:30 - 12:30

 

There will be assignments and a test to complete, with some self-study required.
