The programme is designed to help young people explore different career paths, build confidence, develop workplace skills, and gain a better understanding of the opportunities available within our business. We are running this cohort solely for 16-24yrs old from a care background.
The work experience week is unpaid, however we can cover travel costs and support with workwear if needed. During the week, attendees will have the chance to gain exposure to different areas of the business, receive training, and meet a range of colleagues.
Following the programme, successful participants may be offered a 6-week paid internship at the London Living Wage or be matched to a suitable employment opportunity within the business.
