Care Support Worker

Contracted hours: 36 – 48 Hours per week (including some weekends)

Tree tops is a Residential Care, privately owned and registered for a maximum of 10 Service Users

What does the role involve?

Your role will be key to promoting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents in all aspects of their lives.

As a valued member of our team, you will be involved i:

Providing physical and mental stimulation for residents by taking part in social and recreational activities, on a one-to-one and group basis•

Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing•

Assisting with mealtimes

Ensuring residents' independence, dignity and respect, by delivering the very best person-centred care•

Helping to maintain accurate records

Undertaking regular ongoing training

What skills do I need?

• Caring, warm-hearted and compassionate nature

• The desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of others

• Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Diploma/NVQ Level 2 desirable for this role

• The ability to work as part of a team• Adaptability

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Driving License is essential for the role

• Experience desirable
