Rider

Main Duties:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
• Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company standards.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured properly for transport.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues encountered during transit.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any changes to their orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any queries or concerns from customers during delivery.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.

 Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• A valid driving licence with a clean driving record is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling goods and completing paperwork.
• Familiarity with local roads and routes is advantageous.

Requirements

●     Valid CBT Licence with a clean record, experienced bike rider is preferred.

●     Valid Driving Licence (Provisional or Full accepted)

●     Must have a rider account with Deliveroo, JustEats or Uber Eats
