THE ROLE
The Business Operations Administrator is a member of the Central team providing daily support to the Senior Management Team, Trustees, Frontline Staff and general office support to assist in achievement of the operational aims of the charity.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering telephones and emails, direct incoming enquiries to appropriate recipients
- As a first point of contact with visitors to our buildings the post holder will act as an ambassador and representative of the agency to help create a safe and welcoming environment
- To provide all HR related support to the Business Operations Manager ensuring recruitment enquiries regarding vacancies, application packs interviewing schedules and appointment to employment details
- To provide Finance related support to the Business Operations Manager eg. banking, management account reporting, invoice preparation and the allocation and processing of cheque payments, receipts and staff expense forms
THE CANDIDATE
- To be eligible you need to have achieved GCSE Maths & English A - C passes
- Apprenticeship length - 18 months
- Effective listening skills
- Good communication
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to gather data and associated administrative skills
- Excellent written and IT (Microsoft Office/Social Media skills
